Installation Joomla! 3.x • Unable to download the 3.5.1 Upgrade Package

I am trying to update my site from Joomla 2.5 to 5. The Joomla update is not working so I wanted to manually download the 3.5.1 update package. The download keeps timing out. I get the following error:

Is there another place to get the upgrade package?
